RETURNS AND REFUNDS — SELHYAN
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded:
- Made-to-order items
- Made-to-measure orders and wedding dresses
- One-of-a-kind pieces
Sale items: sale items are not eligible for any return, exchange or store credit.
In-stock items
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return, subject to prior approval from our customer service. Contact us at customerservice@selhyan.com before sending anything — any unauthorised return will be refused.
The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Options
- Store credit or exchange: at no extra cost.
- Refund: processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection, via the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect item
If you have received an item that is damaged or does not match your order, contact us at customerservice@selhyan.com with photographs within 48 hours of receipt.
