Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible at customerservice@selhyan.com with your order number: we will do our best to change the size, the address, or cancel the order. Made-to-measure pieces can no longer be cancelled once production has begun.

First check your spam folder. If the email is not there, a typo may have slipped into the address you entered: contact customer service with your name and order date and we will resend your confirmation.

With pleasure. Our team is happy to advise you by WhatsApp or email on choosing a style, fabric or size. For bridal projects, we also offer personal consultations — remotely or by appointment in Paris.

Preparation time depends on the piece. Items available immediately ship within 1 to 2 business days. For pieces that need particular preparation, the lead time is shown on the product page. As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive your tracking number by e-mail.

Yes, worldwide from Paris. Exact lead times and costs are calculated at checkout, based on your country.

Shipping is complimentary on orders of €500 or more. Below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time from our tracking page or from your customer account.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. They are set by the authorities in your country and remain payable by you.

You have 14 days from delivery to submit your request from our Return an item page. Our customer service team replies with your return approval and shipping instructions. The item must be unworn, with its tags, in its original packaging. Exchange, store credit or refund: you choose.

Made-to-measure pieces, one-of-a-kind creations, items marked final sale, and certain jewellery (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a fault on our part. These conditions are always stated on the product page.

Write to us with your order number and the size you need: we check availability, reserve the new piece, and send you return instructions. Your exchange ships as soon as the returned item has been received and checked.

Once your return arrives, our team inspects it within a few business days. Your store credit, exchange or, where applicable, refund is then processed and confirmed by email.

Our kaftans come in two widths (XS/S and M/L) and two lengths based on your height: 1.55–1.65 m and 1.65–1.75 m. Our ready-to-wear follows standard sizing. On every product page, the “Help me choose my size” tool recommends your ideal size in seconds, and our size guide details all conversions.

Contact us: depending on the style, we can tell you when it will be restocked, suggest a similar piece in your size, or arrange made-to-measure production for selected designs.

Yes. Email customerservice@selhyan.com with the style and size you are looking for and you will be notified as a priority when it returns. Our newsletter also announces restocks and new arrivals.

Our kaftans have a fluid cut, shaped by a belt that adjusts the silhouette, and flatter most body types. Between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. If in doubt, the size tool or our team will guide you.

Yes — interest-free payment in 3 instalments is offered at checkout, depending on your order amount and country.

Yes. Every SELHYAN kaftan reflects Moroccan artisanal savoir-faire: hand-finished embroidery, sfifa braiding and detailing, in rigorously selected fabrics — organza, satin, chiffon, silk. This atelier work is what makes each piece singular.

A kaftan is a single-piece gown worn with a belt. A takchita is composed of two pieces — an under-dress and an open over-gown — for a more majestic ceremonial silhouette. Both embody the elegance of Moroccan couture.

We photograph our creations in natural light to render shades as faithfully as possible. Iridescent or colour-shifting fabrics may nevertheless reveal different reflections depending on the light and your screen — that is the intrinsic beauty of these materials.

Our collections are made in small series, and some creations are one-of-a-kind — this is indicated on the product page. It is also why certain sizes may be temporarily unavailable.

Yes — made-to-measure is at the heart of our maison. Our bespoke wedding dresses and bridal kaftans start from €1,500; a clear, detailed quote is provided after a first consultation, depending on the design, fabrics and level of personalisation.

We recommend starting 4–6 months before your wedding date, allowing for serene fittings and on-time delivery. For shorter timelines, contact us — every request is considered individually.

Yes. We offer complete remote guidance: a step-by-step measurement guide, video consultations, and follow-up at every stage of creation. As production is based exclusively on the measurements you provide, we ask that you follow the guide precisely.

Absolutely. Most of our designs can be reproduced to your measurements and personalised — sleeves, fabric, length, neckline… This option is often more accessible than a fully bespoke creation.

As bespoke creations are made especially to your measurements and wishes, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a fault or error on our part.

Our pieces are made from delicate fabrics: entrust them exclusively to a specialist dry cleaner. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying and direct ironing — favour gentle steaming, on the reverse side.

Keep your kaftan on a hanger, in its garment bag, away from light and humidity. Apply perfume before dressing rather than onto the fabric, to preserve the fibres and embroidery.
