Data collected

When you browse and shop on selhyan.com, we collect the following data:

  • Order information: last name, first name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna). Selhyan does not have access to your bank details.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via technical and analytical cookies.
  • Communication data: messages sent through our customer service.

Data sharing

Your data is shared only with third parties necessary for the fulfillment of your order: carriers (DHL, FedEx, La Poste), payment service providers, and Shopify as the store’s host. It is not sold to third parties.


Preservation

Order data is retained for 5 years from the date of the transaction (legal accounting requirement). Account data is retained until the account is deleted.

We use technical cookies (necessary for the website to function) and analytical cookies (for audience measurement). You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or in your browser settings.


Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the European Union by our service providers (including Shopify, which is based in Canada and Ireland), subject to appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
