You cannot change the pick-up and drop-off date. The deposit paid is valid for 3 days defined and will not be refunded. If you need to change your dates, you will need to make a new reservation.

If you need to cancel your kaftan rental reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the reservation. Note that we do not refund the deposit paid.

We recommend that you leave your kaftan in its last condition as our team will take care of its professional cleaning after its return. We ask that you do not wash or clean the kaftan yourself, as this may damage the fabric or embellishments. If you have any smudges or minor issues, please let us know and we'll do our best to resolve them.

Yes, we require a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) of the total rental price to confirm your reservation. Once payment of the deposit has been received by Selhyan, your kaftan will be reserved for the agreed date.

The deposit depends on the rented caftan and its value. It is generally between 200€ and 400€ and is to be paid at the time of the recovery of the caftan. The deposit will be returned in full after the return of the kaftan, once we have verified that there are no major damages. Please refer to the page of the kaftan you are interested in for the exact price of the deposit.

The rental period is 3 days. This gives you enough time to fully enjoy the caftan at your event. However, if you have specific needs, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We do not accept returns. All of our items have limited stocks and are handcrafted with the utmost care. Accepting returns would leave us with insufficient stock to meet demand from our other customers. We therefore encourage you to carefully check the sizes and details before making your purchase.

We offer standard and one size fits all for outfits like kaftans and jackets. We invite you to check the measurements indicated on the page of each product before placing your order.

We recommend dry cleaning for our garments. For more information on maintenance, please see our maintenance page located in the menu.

Yes, you can cancel your rental within 14 days of your reservation, unless your rental starts before the expiry of this period. Please contact us to request cancellation. The refund will be made within 14 days of your cancellation request, directly to the credit card used for payment.

We currently offer a standard 3 day rental. However, if you have specific requests for a longer term, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@selhyan.com. We will do our best to meet your request.

Late fees may be charged beyond the agreed time, and we reserve the right to take your security deposit in the event of excessively late return.
