We recommend that you leave your kaftan in its last condition as our team will take care of its professional cleaning after its return. We ask that you do not wash or clean the kaftan yourself, as this may damage the fabric or embellishments. Yes, we require a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) of the total rental price to confirm your reservation. Once payment of the deposit has been received by Selhyan, your kaftan will be reserved for the agreed date.
The deposit depends on the rented caftan and its value. It is generally between 200€ and 400€ and is to be paid at the time of the recovery of the caftan. The deposit will be returned in full after the return of the kaftan, once we have verified that there are no major damages. Please refer to the page of the kaftan you are interested in for the exact price of the deposit.

Yes, we have jewelry available for hire to go with the kaftans. We offer two different packs: a 30 euro pack and a 50 euro pack. The jewels are selected to perfectly match the kaftans and add a touch of elegance to your outfit. The packs include belts, back jewels, head jewels, necklaces, earrings and rings, all chosen to match the colors and styles of the caftans we offer. We do not accept returns. All of our items have limited stocks and are handcrafted with the utmost care. Accepting returns would leave us with insufficient stock to meet demand from our other customers. We therefore encourage you to carefully check the sizes and details before making your purchase.
