SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DELIVERY AND FOLLOW-UP OF THE ORDER:

1.1 SHIPPING OPTIONS
Selhyan offers worldwide shipping with various shipping companies. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days, but please note that these times are indicative and subject to the carrier's delivery schedules. Selhyan cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond its control, and delivery charges will not be refunded if deadlines are not met.

Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient for orders shipped outside the European Economic Area.

1.2 SHIPPING TIME
Our packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Paris, France.
Please note that due to the involvement of multiple carriers, including the French postal service, local country postal service and local customs, delivery times may vary and are approximate.
We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame and delays are beyond our control. Selhyan cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, and delivery charges will not be refunded if delivery times are exceeded by carriers.
In the event of an anomaly declared by the carriers, we may consider a possible reshipment of the order, but if not, we ask you to be patient. For any additional information concerning your package, we advise you to contact your local post office directly and the carrier's website.
Do not forget that the postal services of certain countries do not communicate directly with the French Post Office, and that once the package has been accepted in your country, it is under their responsibility. We are at your disposal to help you solve any problem related to the delivery of your package.

2. CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that customs fees may apply and are country specific. Customs fees are determined by the value of your order and are your responsibility. Please note that these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs of your order. We advise you to check with your local customs office the applicable rates and fees in your country before placing your order. By placing an order with Selhyan, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

3. TRACKING CODE
When your order ships, we provide you with a tracking code so you can follow your package's journey to its destination. If the tracking information is not updated, please check the tracking on your local postal service's website, as they are responsible for the package once it crosses borders. It is important to keep in mind that during the transport period, updates may not appear immediately, especially for orders placed before the weekend. Packages are scanned each time they pass through a different stage, such as local carriers or customs, so it's normal that they won't move until the next scan. However, if you see any unusual activity with your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at customerservice@selhyan.com for further assistance.


4 - DELIVERY PROBLEM
If you haven't received your package yet, we suggest that you first check with your neighbors or building superintendent as they may have received it on your behalf. It is also possible that the delivery status was updated a little early and the package arrived later in the day. If you still haven't received your package, please contact our customer service at customerservice@selhyan.com and we will work together to find a solution.

It is important to note that any problem related to the delivery of your order must be communicated to our customer service within 14 days of the date of delivery of the package indicated on the tracking. Please keep this time frame in mind when notifying us of a delivery issue.
In addition, some products in our catalog are available in very limited quantities because they are handmade. These products cannot be the subject of a complaint resolution with a reshipment at the expense of the brand. However, our customer service will propose a solution equivalent to the amount initially spent or adapted to the situation.


RETURNS


At Selhyan, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.

However, due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully crafted by skilled artisans and as such there may be slight variations in color, texture or pattern which add to the unique beauty and charm of the product.

As stock of handcrafted products is limited, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any of our items.
We encourage you to read the product description and images carefully before making a purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns before placing your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for returned items. We thank you for your understanding.
